Hello and welcome to NJT Hockey! This site is run by a young and aspiring sports writer with a love for the great game of hockey.

For as long as I can remember, hockey had a role in my life. Before I played myself, I would watch my brother play and would watch highlights on TV before school. Once I got a taste of the game, I was addicted, and not before long became a superfan. During the season I would follow along with every single team until the cup was lifted, and in the off-season I would obsess over the draft process, watching film on prospects before their name was ever called.

To say hockey is my favourite sport, would be an understatement, it is my life. This website has been a long time coming, as I have made sports content on personal social media accounts for a while, talking sports or writing playoff series predictions until I reached the character limit.

Follow along as I cover the NHL from preseason, to postseason, to offseason. Expect team previews, power rankings, takes on trades, prospect profiles, and the biggest stories from the game I love.
